Broadband down since 22/8/25

My broadband has been down since 5.00pm on 22nd August last update was that it would be resolved by 11pm today 26th August - still not resolved - is this standard or should affected customers be compensated ?  I live in SK4

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area..

You should be able to get Automatic Compensation for the time after 2 working days your BB is down once you've reported it to EE. You should auto receive this compo once the issue is fixed.

I'm in SK4 also and am having the same issue. I was assured it'd be resolved by 7.30pm last night, but still no service.

They have sent me a 4G Hub + SIM which is arriving today, which suggests they know the problem isn't fixed or likely to be fixed quickly.

It's a shame because I've no issues since switching from Virgin 6 months ago. But came back from holiday at the weekend to this.
