I'm finding the charge for the full fiber rather steep compared to other people who say it's extortionate! I'm out at work all day and very rarely sit at home using the WiFi, ok I know that's personal choice, but my point being is that I had planned to switch providers when I knew it was BT but now I am trapped paying alot for just the broadband alone. My question is, did anyone else experience this switch over and unaware of the extended contract?
I really want out but simply can't afford the bill for leaving early 🫣
Cheers.

@Cheshire17 : When your BB is switched from BT to EE you start a new contract with EE. You must have been told the new price & duration when you agreed to move.

@Cheshire17 It's in the terms and conditions BT can move you to EE, but they cannot increase the time period that you signed up for. You are nearly half way through now if your time was correct...
Have EE or BT clarify what and when you where moved, and any documentation that was sent to you, letter, e-mail etc...
