Good afternoon @Woodturner21!

Welcome to the EE Community, and I'm sorry to hear you've been having some broadband trouble recently too. 

As a few of the guys have pointed out here, if we can find out a bit more detail about the equipment you're using then we'll be in the best position to give some advice.

I can see you've mentioned that the broadband 'switches off'. When you notice this, is your Hub losing power completely, or do you see a change to the lights on the front?
