My EE account is in my name because of my mobile phone, I used to be able to check the broadband account aswell but can no longer 'find' it or previous bills. The Broadband is in my husbands name but we have the same email address so thought it would be straightforward. I think this happened back in January when something 'changed' on EE. I can check both of our phone bills etc but I cannot find any Broadband bills anywhere, old or current. I've tried 'adding' the Broadband with account number etc but it wont accept my name and details or my husbands, it is very frustrating! Can anyone help please?

@Twinklegirl1 Have you tried just giving EE CS a call, fact you have an EE mobile just call 150, and get them to take a look.
