I am trying to view my broadband bill on the EE app, but keep being told that the account number is invalid even though I have checked it very carefully and put in the correct letters and numbers.

Do you only have broadband with us, or do you also have mobile?

Yes. The mobile info is all there.

I recommend giving our Customer Care team a call so they they can make sure everything is linked correctly from our side.
