Has anyone recently renewed their broadband with ee ,agreed a monthly price of £34.99 .Then I receive messages that my broadband bill is £47.14 .I call EE after the first time and get reimbursed .I get the next bill same again,I call EE and I am told by the agent that according to his screen it is £34.99 and to call back it the £47.14 is taken from my account .

@Jimmy2395 Trust me the future billing will take 3 months to auto correct and EE will only pull the £34.99 from your DD if that is how you are paying and the info from the agent is correct, do keep an eye and check your bank withdrawal though as a just in case! Had all the same when starting out EE accounts!
