Can’t seem to look get it to the manage broadband on the app it was working but just comes up that there’s a problem and to try again later I did speak to ee on 30th sept and they sorted it but it’s not appearing again now anyone have the same issue?

If you haven't already, it's worth checking to make sure that both the app itself, along with your phone's software, are fully up to date.
If this is all looking good, then like @JimM11 mentioned please give our team a call, and they'll be able to help you investigate further.

Already done that n spoke to someone last month was working for a few days then it’s not again so I give up but we are aweear of the problem.

Normally if you have an issue like this we'll raise an incident for investigation, or if other users are experiencing similar we'll log your experience against the existing incident.
If you continue to have trouble I would definitely recommend getting back in touch, and they'll be able to check to see if there are any updates.
