Hi, I have had probably the worst 6 to 7 weeks of my 65 years on planet Earth . I can honestly say that EE are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I started my journey on 8th July , going in to EE shop in Silverburn , Glasgow . The young lady that helped me to get my broadband and Tv package was very helpful and set me up . From that moment onwards the whole process has been a complete nitemare .i required a fibre cable to my home , the young lady never explained I required this and obviously didn’t tell me this was a requirement . It took 3 attempts and 3 weeks later to get this to my house. In the meantime I was charged £4 for Netflix by BT via EE. I phoned customer services to complain( huge mistake) the so called expert cancelled my Netflix charge but unbeknown to me also cancelled my Tv package. I had received a hybrid wi fi connect and a router, I was told by a service operator that wi fi connect was free until I was connected to broadband . When I phoned customer service to ask about my tv package I was told I was unable to order it until I was connected to broadband. Once I was connected to broadband I phoned customer service to ask for Tv package but was told I still had an open order so was unable to order Tv package. Phone calls were made back and forward to customer service ( I honestly could write another ten pages regarding this ) I was told I still have cooling off period so today I phoned customer service to cancel my broadband contract but was told because I had an open contract this could not be done , it seems to me customer service make up the rules as they go along . There is so much more I could write but in short I am unable to get out of my contract due to EE being incredibly sneaky and exstremely unfair . I was going to try and take out a mobile phone service with EE but something about where the earth doesn’t shine springs to mind .Incredibly dangerous company and will do my utmost to dissuade people from having any dealings with them. To top it all I was asked to work on an EE commercial in a couple of weeks time . I need the money but would not lower myself. I don’t blame the EE staff , I blame the cowards that hide behind them .

You have no cooling-off period as you ordered instore. The statutory 14-day cooling-off period only applies to orders made by phone or online. It's only a Distance Selling right!
