Hi @Colgate

Welcome to the community.

If you are looking to move your broadband to a new provider, you can usually just notify your new provider and they will transfer your broadband, cancelling your EE broadband.

If you have an EE TV package, or you aren't switching to a new provider, give our customer service guides a call and they can arrange for 30 day notice for cancellation.

There is more information on cancelling your packages, and any charges if you are still in contract on our What you need to know if you want to leave EE page.

@Colgate : To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

  • If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice OR
  • If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill, using the One Touch Switch (OTS) process. This will auto cancel your contract with EE.
If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
