Happy to sign up for a new contract, but EE are telling me it will be £5 more than new customers are charged?

It's that right? I cannot take advantage of the current offers on the website by entering a new contract?

What a throw away society.

@sjdean That is what it is, make the decision and go with it at the price given or not! Exiting customer's never get the new customer price.

@sjdean   Are you looking online to renew, or have you spoken to Customer Services?

I have always found that giving them a call knowing what is available on the market has helped me get a good deal.

It is good to talk as the old advert used to go - alas the computer saying no tends to be less flexible..
