Hi, I returned hub on 23.12.24, Royal Mail Tracking say it was delivered back to EE/BT on 31.12.24, I'm still receiving automated messages asking to return, I'm a bit concerned that they will charge me for the hub? Is there anyway I can check without having to phone them?

@Fihi The short answer is either wait and hope that they do not charge you the return fee, records are not the quickest at being updated, and if you want to be 100% then calling, with all your information is unfortunate the only way to go, it's a lottery, but if you text GUIDE to 66033, then you may get a call back try it and see.
