An engineer has come out to fit a new line for fibre 500, how long does it usually take for your new service to start.  I can’t find a date on any emails received and nothing in account, no pending orders. I am currently getting a download speed of 100mbps, all the settings changed in the router FTTP enabled and port 4 etc but no new router supplied.

@Ch1985  You would have been given a go live date on an email.   It’s tilted “important date for your diary”

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Ch1985 If it was a one hit OR install, fibre, ont, power and test, swap the BT DSL cable for a WAN cable re program the BT Smarthub 2 for WAN out on port 4, then the engineer would be done tested, and changeover from fttc to fttp is instant, as long as OR and EE got it all done before hand, SO do you have a BB internet connection?
