Please Help!
We have had nothing but issues since swapping providers from Sky to EE.
We were told the speed would be better if not the same with EE but this has now been the case. Issues from day 1 and they sent an engineer out but they said all was OK, we have some interference on the line from the line.
We have called, had chats online and been in store but No-one can do anything to help or improve unless we pay more for boosters!!!! We didn't need these with sky.
Please does anyone have any idea how we can now terminate the contract as this is not what we were promised or signed up for?
Many thanks
Our broadband can only be accessed in one room in the house where the router is without issue and each and every other room it is so slow or non existent!

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?
You need to give EE a chance to fix the issues before you can leave FoC.
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

@McCartney100 Before you moved from Sky to EE, what sky router did you have and which EE Router did they give you. Are you on the same speed from EE as you had with sky, with sky did you only have there router and not any sky boosters?
It took me 2 months and 6 OR engineer visit's to get the EE router sorted out after moving from sky, purely down to an existing cable fault that the Sky router did not mind, but the EE had a lot of problems with. Once sorted then NO more issues.
Sky i had was the SR203 router with the SE210 booster.
