My broadband has been off since yesterday evening and the router is showing a solid red light
I've been through the connection test, I've done all the steps to power off and then reset the router but it's still showing as red
My mobile can see and connect to the network but it's saying there's no internet.
Any ideas or do I need to get an engineer?

Hi
It's the second one down labelled Broadband.
It's been off around 24hrs now, I've done all the texting HELP to get diagnostic info and that's all come back fine so assume it's the router?

@Lwarnell why not give customer services a call in the morning when they open again?
But in the mean time if you have not already done so, a factory reset of the router may help - finf the pin hole on the rear and insert a suitable object and hold for 30 secs.

Yes, that means the BB is down, as long as you've got the cable firmly plugged in correctly.
