Blink sync module won't connect to new EE hub

Hi - Just received our new EE router and we have been moved from BT as they are no longer going to be doing broadband in the future and it's all being switched over to EE.

My blink sync module (for our CCTV) keeps saying the wrong password and I've tried many times. Tried moving well away from the router but still says wrong password. All other devices connected no problem.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Officially the EE hub isn't supposed to be live until tomorrow but when Oliver in all other devices connected and working fine.

we were happy with BT and this is a real headache!

plugged the old BT router in and it connected first time to Blink sync module. I've raised a support ticket with Blink so hopefully they might have an answer.

Thanks in advance - Andrew

kind regards Andrew

Sorry to bother you but, did you mean Continue holding the reset button for a further seconds?

Hi - Yes 10 seconds and make sure WI-FI 6 mode is disabled on the router settings as the Blink hub only uses 2.4 band.

Hope this helps.

Regards Andrew

Glad it worked for you. It's a shame that we can’t have WIFI 6 turned on but maybe Blink or EE will come up with a fix. It

@Andrewkuk Why would you think that EE have anything to do with the response and how Blink equipment works when connected to a wifi 6 performance hub. The problem is entirely with Blink. @Pete155 EE will know nothing about the ability of a device to connect to the router!
