How do I find bills ? I've downloaded the app signed in and there is basically nothing here. I've just joined EE.

@Rd1952 Have you even had a billing notification from EE yet, does take a few days for the account to register, when did you join?

I have had this problem too.  I get a text to view my broadband bill but when i go to the account nothing there.  Ive rung them and the person I spoke to said lots of people have the same problem since moving to EE from BT and he had to fill in a form for me in order for the bills to show on my account.    So looks like you have to ring them to sort this out x

@heth121 Does seem that BT - EE have some problems with the move, all appears to be account orientated, but posting of the OP did not mention BT, and account details take a couple of days before it all gels together. Not instant for some reason.

Hi, first time Id posted and I seem to have answered the wrong posting.  There was another unable to view bills.
