Billing problems

Since changing to fast fiber in December last year I now can't see my bills online and now my broadband has disconnected but no way of knowing what's going on , I got the first 3 months free in a deal then they've took the previous months bills and can't find them either...

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Have you restarted the router?

Do you have a direct debit set up? 

If so, when was the last payment made?
