After my farther's death it has taken over 6 months to get the account transferred into my mum's ( who has advanced Alzheimer's ) name and set up billing, in that time we have had 3 EE/BT accounts and probable 36 hours of phone conversations, the third one didn't have voice ( for some reason ) now they have switched on the voice ( with the wrong number ) the wireless extensions and the hub keep loosing connection occasionally, anyone for any idea how to get out of this ( I hate to use it ) Kafkaesque nightmare?This company is completely dysfunctional !
