Just come from Plusnet to EE and want to know when and how much my bill will be

Welcome to the EE Community

If you have not already done so I would recommend linking up your account to your online account, once your bill is produced you will be able to view it in full there. 

Your first EE bill should be produced within 4 days of your service going live and be taken for payment 8 days after that. We don't have access to your account via this forum to confirm the amount but you will be able to view it online once produced as mentioned. 

This help page has more information on the first bill including the steps to view the bill in the app.

Thanks for reply how do I link up, would prefer not to do it on mobile phone, how can I do it on computer, cant find or know my account number where can I find it please

@widgetwilk : Your BB a/c no. (starting 'GB') will be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

You may link your BB from any device's browser @ https://ee.co.uk & logging into your EE a/c.

Thank you for your help, have just phoned them, now clear with my bill and got a better deal,so am happy
