I’ve recently been moved from an EE landline to the new BT Digital Voice service…
…payments are coming out of my account but there are no bills showing in my online account. The final bill for the old “copper wire” landline is showing, but no bills for the new contract. I’ve had an email to say a new bill is there, but it’s not there when I log on
Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it.
