So we have upgraded from BT gfast to EE 900 and it seems to be a huge mistake.

The smarthub plus is a pile of junk. Xbox via LAN cable and WIFI are both restricted NAT with uPNP failing.

Network latency on lan cable is 5 times HIGHER than wifi.

And a gaming mode that is supposed to reduce your pings is a added extra you have to pay for ?!?

Pings in games higher than BT and gfast.

@MandG I'm sorry about that, I'd recommend trying a factory reset of your Smart Hub Plus to get uPNP going again. If you're still having problems, port forwarding may help from the advanced settings in the Hub Manager.
