BTemail with EE broadband

I recently changed to EE broadband from BT, but am still on BT's email.  EE assured me that the broadband change would have no effect whatsoever on my BT email and that everything would operate as before.  That is true, EXCEPT that ever since my broadband has been with EE, the text layout of the emails I receive has changed completely (even when received from users who are also on BT email).  The text goes all the way to the far right and then continues off the screen, so I have to keep scrolling off to the right.  It never did this before.  Additionally, there are no breaks visible between paragraphs, even though senders assure me they have put them in at their end.  So everything ends up as one great long stream of consciousness, which is an absolute pain.  Can anyone out there help in anyway?  I've posted on the BT Community Forum but have been told to post on EE.

That's a funny 1! Just a format change!

How are you receiving your emails? Thro' BT's Webmail site or thro' an Mail client or app on your device?

I'm receiving emails on my laptop through BT's Webmail.  On my Samsung phone everything is shown as it should be, with text wrapping.  I've seen on the BT Community forum that Webmail can't deal with receiving plain text properly, but I seem to remember that's always been the case and I don't believe any of my regular contacts would have suddenly changed to plain text.

As BT Email is still a BT product you would need to post on the BT Community with this issue. It still remains attached to your BT Account and BT ID, regardless of your other products being on New EE.

I have found a thread which sounds like it may be related to the same issue as yours on the BT Community HERE.

OK, it's a BT webmail formatting thing. It's OK on your Samsung Mail app. Why not use an eMail client on your PC? It's far cleaner than Webmail.
