Has anyone else changed from BT to EE and seen their bills rise dramatically?

@Jwalker561 You need to speak to EE CS about it, they would have tried to match as best they could your BT to the EE equivalent, and price is not a factor in the EE/BT equation. Did you have BT do all the change from one to the other for you!

I migrated from BT in August 2024, my bill with BT was £63 per month which included Broadband, phone and the Big bundle TV package. As EE come under the same umbrella as BT, I queried whether changing provider would cost any more. I was assured that it wouldn’t. Since migration, I have been charged a lot more and my monthly bill has now gone up to over £100 per month. I contacted EE regarding this and stated that as I wasn’t informed of the price increase, then I would not be under contract and wished to leave. They stated that I would have to pay a penalty to leave but they would look into it. Since then I have heard nothing. Can someone from EE please update me before I take legal action? Thank you

@Jwalker561 : Are you aware that you are attending a user discussion group here where other users like yourself try to help their peer users with their queries? This is not EE CS but there are some EE Community Staff who can deal with general queries but we can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS like @JimM11 suggested.
