BT to EE Switch

Dear all,

 

I am reaching out for the first time to share my experience and seek assistance. I recently switched from BT to EE in March, along with transferring over 4 mobile SIMs. Unfortunately, since then, I have encountered persistent issues. The main problem is that the switch has never fully completed, and as a result, I face disconnection every month due to the unsuccessful transfer. This occurred again yesterday morning, and I am still without a connection. Despite speaking with the technical team, the situation remains unresolved.

 

I am keen to know if anyone else has faced similar challenges, as these issues


have resulted in significant financial losses, particularly during times when I have had to work from home.

 

I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from those who have dealt with similar situations.

@Plumboss The forum has no account access, does not know who you are or any detail to your situation, EE CS would be how you have to pursue and get it sorted out, it could be one of many reason's but only you will know that.

 

I was just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with the BT to EE switchover like I have. No worries though, I have regular chats with EE/BT customer service, technical, and accounts teams to get my service reconnected. So I'm pretty familiar with how it all works.

@Plumboss There are many issues with BT/EE switch for many reason's, did the search of the forum, you will need to narrow it down, hope you get it sorted asap. 👍
