Currently on holiday in Spain and my BT internet mail has kicked me out. I have tried my password but it’s not accepting it ?? So frustrating
Anyone help with this please much appreciated

Try the password that you're entering on your phone, on another means of accessing the same email account. Webmail is a good place to start.

Are you able to access your BT Mail account using a web browser? This can help determine whether it’s a password issue or something else causing the problem.

What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?

Hi I’m home now and the tech team at BT helped me back on but thanks for your reply
