Help - I am currently on hold to EE customer service trying to speak to someone 38 minutes so far. My mum is in her 80’s with dementia and is bedbound. She has carers 4 times a day and they have advised her service has been disconnected. She has no dial tone. Does anyone know how I can get help. Her care alarm is connected to her phone how can I get someone to help?

Let her Text HELP to 66033 from a mobile registered to her EE a/c to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.
Or Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.
I assume her BB is in her name. So you cannot handle it for her unless she previously nominated you to speak on her behalf.
