Asus RT-AX86U Pro | Not pushing Internet to devices

Hi there, so we recently came back to EE after finding out Sky doesn't allow 3rd party routers

I setup the router with the settings provided by EE it says on the admin page for the ASUS that is is connected but there is no Internet on devices, it allows you to connect etc etc it doesn't even say connected without Internet as it usually does, but alas no connection.

I am really stumped,I've followed other guides on here from people with similar issues but its landed me nowhere.

I would really appreciate some help.

@AquilaJT  Have you used this router before?

I have a DSL version, and it does take a bit of working out with its dual WAN capability, so you do need to make sure the port you are using has the right settings - though as interchangeable

Never  had the need to leave stuff off for an hour when changing devices, the settings are such that service should be picked up almost straight away - if they are correct.

Also never had a need to use BT in the password box, leaving blank should be fine. You also don’t need MAC cloaning are similar, just PPOE the bt home name as in the guide and no 101 VLAN...

I haven't used this router before as a standalone unit, we were briefly using it as an Access Point prior to changing to EE

I will attempt to go through the setup again and leave the password field blank, as for Dual WAN I believe it has been disabled the entire time during my 3-4 setup attempts, it asks which one you want to use during the setup and you can choose to have Dual WAN but I haven't done that yet.

@AquilaJT  just another thought, are you using an App or browser to set it up?

I've tried to use both, also I tested out a blank password field an hour or so ago, the QIS Wizard doesn't allow you to leave it blank 😞
