Appaling Customer Service - Fraudulent Selling

Just called EE to query how I get Nkrton Cyber security, was told zi can manage that on line and it's not free as it was with BT. The asked me did zi have Sky and I said yes and then he said would you be interested in EE tv. No thanks and then he said iI will  email you details. I then received various emails thanking me for choosing EEtv and the contracts starts on the 7th March 2025!!!!! I called EE again to complain and was told nothing they could do anything today the order has gone through, call back tomorrow to see if it has been cancelled. This is absolutely appalling and I question whether this is the sort of company I want to do business with. So zi have to waste my time for this fraudulent misspelling.

@Customer26 Are you just venting so the Public Forum knows your situation, there is no account access, we do not know who you are, and IF your call was recorded then you can ask to have a copy off it! @Customer26 No just a user like yourself, this is a public forum, and sometimes EE personnel pop on but they are the same, so you will see mention off no account access, know not who you are. So when you post if it something that you need specific then do the complaint form or contact EE CS and they can record your complaint, but you have to PHONE them for that.

Ok thanks. Just got an email from EE CS acknowledging my complaint and confirming that they are investigating.
