After being with BT for ever and having to change to EE for my broadband I have to say what an awful app it is. Half the time it doesn’t work, show's limited parts when it does. Been unable to pair devices to the app, says it takes up to 7 minutes to pair with hubs but I’ve been trying all day.
I do hope it gets better, perhaps BT could lend them a hand setting it up.

Morning @Bromleybob1
Thanks for coming back to the community.
If you are unable to access full details in the app and pair the hub, can you try deleting the app and reinstalling to see if this helps.
If this continues, please contact us and the team will get the app looked into for you.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

This is frankly a useless templated 1st line response. Contacting the team only gets the same response. Each. And. Every. Time.
The app has been plagued with reliability and connectivity issues since day one. Unifying all the hub controls into this app and removing features from the in-built web admin interface on the router itself was a terrible decision. The app needs a complete overhaul, make it an actual remote hub manager first and stop prioritising it as a promotional shop. Users don't want to have to make several clicks to get to the controls after being bombarded with EE ads. The priority needs to change to make it a hub management tool, not a shop. Maybe then the devs can focus on reliability?
