I haven’t been with EE long and I have not been able to do anything on the app and website. It’s just full of errors! I can’t set up the WiFi controls, access my bill or manage my broadband. By looks of it, it has been a problem for a couple of years. I wish I was told this by BT before being transferred over to EE!
