Tried to add my tv & broadband account to the EEApp so I can access info on my account but says my landline number is not recognised. Don’t know my account number because we’ve gone paperless. Any ideas of a way forward?

@Annyay If you do not know the required information, then call EE CS and have them assist you in what you are doing.

Your BB A/c No. should be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that, you'll need to call CS.
