I'd like to cancel my broadband service without spending ages waiting for somebody to pick up the call. Is there any alternative way to do it?

@Dawq there is an address in the Help Section you can write to, or
try 0800 079 8586 but it is press 2 then 3.
Or 0800 079 0544 may also be worth trying which seems to be a combined BT/EE number now.

@Mustrum thanks for the advice I'll try to call 0800 079 8586 because the other number is a waste of time, minimum 45min of waiting.
