Adding my new Broadband account to My EE App

Hi

I've already got My EE App on my phone and it's got 2 phone contracts associated with it.  I've just opened a home broadband account with EE and would like to add this account to the app as well but i'm struggling, i just seem to keep getting into a loop with it.  The broadband account is active and working as of yesterday. Thanks

Hi @Madassmax

Thanks for coming here.

Do you have a home broadband account or is this a mobile WiFi device?

Leanne 🙂

Hi

It's home broadband

Hi @Madassmax

Can you try logging in to your MyEE online, select Menu then Add home broadband, you’ll need your landline number or broadband account number, does this work for you?

Leanne 🙂

Thanks Leanne
My home broadband account is there when i log in online, it's the My EE
android app i'm trying to add the account to (if its possible)

Thanks Leanne

Hi @Madassmax

Do you have the option to view other accounts in your My EE app?

Leanne.

@Madassmax : Don't bother with the app for BB. It doesn't really handle BB a/c's but instead redirects you to your online MyEE anyway.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I've got 2 separate phone accounts both on there, just thought it might be easier if i could have broadband as well so all 3 EE products were accessible.

Well, you can but when you switch it to the BB a/c it'll just whizz you off to your online MyEE where you'll have to login again.
