Hi all,
I was recently transferred from BT to EE after the end of the contract. I have NEVER had any issue with BT when I was with them. However, the moment my transfer was complete, things began to head south—intermittently losing connection and sometimes for up to 30 minutes. I am still using the BT hub.
I have been advised to swap the BT box for an EE one. My question to those that have done the same is, What is the experience like? Will the EE box resolve my connection issues?

@Sircas : Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Have you been provided with an EE router? If so, which (read its label)?
