returns messages. I have returned by exchanged tv box

I have returned by replaced tv box back  on 23 December 2024 and all I am getting are messages that I haven't.  I have post office receipts to confirm posting.  Can you please stop sending me these text messages.

We had a problem with the EE box and the repair man who came to check it out said that we needed a new box and that was only a matter of a few weeks after installation.  We waited nearly 2 weeks for a replacement box which arrived and we had to try to figure it out how to install it,  no one came to help.  Its a good job that at my age in late 70's I am at least able to deal with technology if I wasn't what would have happened.  ??????

This is largely a customer to customer Community. There’s no ‘you’ here that can action this for you; the best thing is to ring EE and explain the situation.

EE may have got confused by the early box swap, though. What happened with the bad box? Did the repair man take it away? He may not have swapped the serial number recorded for your old box; that would cause this sort of situation.

EETV used to offer an install option at extra cost; I don’t know if they still do. They may have relied on you having grandchildren to do it, which is not always the case 😢
