Why can’t I see my account number or view my bills in the app?

Your account number is on your bill. 

Bills on the app can be viewed under -Manage - Billing.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
I go to manage but there is no billing bit to go into

When you go to Manage, you should see sections for each type of account that you have below the two rows of icons. The latest bill is shown below each section heading and there is the option to look at previous bills. Your account number will either be shown directly or you will be able to see it if you choose to look at the full details of a bill. If you cannot see this information, contact EE.
