@Bashak You should call EE CS with whatever information you have.... From the EE help below. As you have come from the BT side not sure what EE does with the account Transfer!

@Bashak What did you use when you signed up to EE, your e-mail address? Below is the e-mail that EE sends out and has to be followed.... Heading is that as below.

I was with BT broadband got moved to EE and now I missed payment that’s why I want to link my account so I signed up with my email. Would be glad if there’s a way I can get my id

I don’t think I signed up. But got a message to my email to make payment because I had a missed payment. I have signed in with my email but need to link my id

@Bashak You will find that on one off your bills from EE, to the account you are trying to set up etc....

Your BB a/c no. will be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
You can't read your bills until you've linked your BB to your EE a/c. You can't link your BB until you know its a/c no. You can't see your a/c no. until you've read your bills. Catch 22!
