I have had a new EE smart hub installed. In Hub Manager my new hub is showing 2.4 and 5GHz are both 'On'. Does this functionality allow equipment designed for 2.4GHz to automatically choose the correct wavelength. The reason I ask is that I have a datalogger on a battery storage inverter that only works on 2.4GHz and I am having problems re-booting the logger to link with the new wifi. Anybody give me some advice on how to resolve this issue?

@Tarranpr You can temporary disable 5Ghz connection to set this up, it’ll then always connect back to 2.4Ghz

@Tarranpr : It's supposed but it doesn't always! Sometimes you need to ry on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.
