It's an early variant of the Smart Hub Plus. It has both 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi bands but only has 1 Gig WAN & LAN ports.

Sounds like you're confusing mobile technologies with WiFi

2.4Ghz & 5Ghz are the two frequency bands on which WiFi operates - this provides a connection between a wireless-broadband-router and a portable device, such as laptop, phone or tablet

5G is a radio-access-technology, which EE offer alongside 2G & 4G. These technologies operate on multiple frequency bands from 700Mhz through to 3.5Ghz

Great thanks + is it possible to force it to use 5ghz only?

Yes, disable the 2.4 GHz band under the Advanced > Wireless Settings page of the router.
