Hi all,
I have recently joined BT however they have set up my broadband with EE.
At the time I signed up, I was told as a new customer I would be eligible for a £130 virtual rewards card which I can claim after my 14 day cooling off period.
Was told I should receive an email however I havent- after a live chat with BT, EE and a call to EE as well, I am being told there is no such reward showing on my account (nevermind BT, theyre trying to tell me my account doesn't exist but theyre taking the money monthly?!)
Now I turn to here to seek advice: has anyone actually been able to successfully claim this card, and if so, how? Nobody seems to have a clue and it's becoming frustrating, especially since that was the only reason we chose BT/EE over Vodafone.
Any help would be much appreciated!

ee should help either way even if its a third party as they are using third party's to promote there deals that's why people join you.
Its one big con and total wrong to blame customers pay them the vouchers or lose more customers.

@AlteredTrinx wrote:So the offer was with BT for new customers and when I'd called to purchase, they said I'm eligible for the offer and to wait out the 14 day cooling off period.
When I started getting all of the emails for broadband set up etc. We realised that the broadband would be with EE as theyre partnered up, though they hadn't mentioned it on the phone during my purchasing the broadband.
Ive seen a few posts on here with people having similar issues
So ignore the previous advice about contacting BT, you'll need to contact EE & ask for the sales call to be checked. Cards are only ever offered on online orders so if offered on call they'll have to check & advise further
