hey so im confused im trying to upgrade my iphone 12 to iphone 13 , im supposed to have upgrade anytime , and im trying to do trade in , but it says i have to pay a £100 fee
also another quick question if im trading in an iphone 12 , can i use that off my bill, also when i go to trade it its still registering the phone as a huawei p20 which was what i had before that got upgraded to an iPhone
If your taking advantage of the 12 month upgrade cycle you have to return it to upgrade you don’t get discount on the next phone that’s part of the contract to upgrade yearly
