hi, im ready for a upgrade from my samsung galaxy a40 but the screen is chipped in the bottom left corner and the microphone isnt working so people cant hear what im saying during calls, i just wondered will i sill be able to upgrade? thanks in advance

Yes,, with Upgrade Anytime you may upgrade free after 1 year as long as your phone is in good working condition. However if it is damaged, as yours is, there will be an extra £100 fee to pay.
