iPhone 12 pro max silver 128GB delay

Hi, I upgraded to iPhone 12 pro max 128GB in silver on 30/11/20. When I ordered it said expect dispatch within 14 days, However on the EE website this has now changed to 28 days. 

 

Will I still get my phone in 14 days as this is what it said when I ordered or is it likely it will be delayed?

Has anyone managed to get an update on stock for the iPhone 12 pro max 512gb? 

I ordered the gold as it was apparently the only colour left in stock. 

ordered it 3 weeks ago, spoke to customer services 2 weeks after and still no stock! 

starting to get annoyed now as I want my upgrade.

I am still waiting for my upgrade from 19th November with no expected date for delivery as they haven’t received stock from the supplier as yet. 
I spoke to customer services who said that it can be anywhere up to 28 days.

I'd recommend keeping an eye on our online order tracker, it'll update you on any movement with your phone.

I am in the same situation. Mine has been over a month and I have had no information.

 

Whenever I put my order number in to track my order it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. "

 

How is this acceptable?

thanks for the info mate, it’s shocking how they can sell something they don’t have physical stock off! Then customer services have no idea on time frame, think if it gets to a month on mine I will just cancel the upgrade and order from another provider. 

ive been with EE from the beginning and have never had an issue before. 

wonder if we go in to a store instead we would get a better option

hey when u use track my order are u using email or phone number just asking as i was using email and it was saying the same as you then used number and i got the details up
