I ordered the SIM only deal of 5g and 160gb of data, on the black Friday deal, yet I go into my account and it says iam only getting 80gb of data and phone is still on 4g, Can anyone help.

@evo4 Is your phone a 5G phone ? Are you in a 5G area ?

If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150, they can get your plan looked into and make sure this is correct and set up for 5G.

Hi phoned the 150 number and sorted out about the 80gb of data , but still not getting 5g even thou it says on ee map I am in the yellow which is 5g. Operator said it's a new thing so might not get it....
