unsure if ive upgraded, had order number then nothing for 6 days,

upgraded online on the 28th. received usual confirmation and order number. tried tracking but says cant get that information. tried phoning twice and gave up. chat help constantly busy. when I log in keeps saying im ready for an upgrade so unsure as to wether ive upgraded or not

For a definite answer you will need to call 150 and speak to CS.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I would but they never answer and chat just says busy
