@Nicki2  I recommend that you call customer services about this as you should receive something by now

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Could you check your junk/spam folder please? Just to make sure the email didn't make its way there.

 

DPD will send you a message the day before and morning of delivery.
