i have a device that was my previous contract. I tried to get it unlocked for my son to use but was told device is blacklisted how can that be possible when there is nothing owed on it?

@lorrry If you are the original owner of this device i.e. you’ve got it yourself brand-new direct from EE or another third-party seller they just asked them to remove the blacklist as the device is yours on your account and they will only remove the blacklist for the account holder.
