trade in apple watch

I want to buy a pay monthly apple watch but it won’t let me unless I trade in an old one or phone which I don’t want to do. How can i fix that?

Some of the plans are discounted (either the monthly cost or device cost) when you trade in another device. You just need to choose a plan that doesn't say 'Save XXX when you trade in XXX'.

Thank you. That’s what i thought but i tried clicking on every possible
plan and all of them brought up the trade in message:/

I’m not 100% sure yet, either the series 6 in blue or the SE in silver.

I've fed this back to our online shop team who are looking over the website to make sure all plans are showing as available.

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team in the mean time. They'll be able to run through all options available to you.
