starting new pack

I have £50 pound on my account. I have cancelled my old pack 3 days ago. Finished yesterday night. Since yesterday i am trying to start new pack and nothing. It keeps asking me for top up all the time. 'Now' doesnt work. I have toped up once when asked still nothing. Several attempts. with ' we have made no changes to your account ' I called 150 why I have to pay 0.25 per minute to talk to the support team??? how  start this new pack???????? I am having enough of it

Welcome to the community.

 

I know how important it is to make sure you have the right pack when you need it, so let's get to the bottom of this.

 

When you call 150 it's a one off charge of 25p, you don't pay by the minute. 

 

You said you have £50 on your account, do you mean you have £50 credit and you're trying to buy a pack from that?
