I upgraded my sim, received a new one but its faulty/broken. I called twice and requested a new one and on both occasions was told its in the post,THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO, NOW I HAVE A BILL FOR A CARD THAT NEVER ARRIVED. HOW CAN THIS BE RESOLVED

Do you definitely have the correct address set up?

Hi Jon,

My address has not changed. I have been told in both conversations that a
new sim would be delivered which was an upgraded sim on a contract to my
previous pay as you go sim. The new sim did not work or even register at
all.It has never been activated. I received a bill for £27.90 and i have
paid it as i didn't want to incur any charges but i am not happy about
paying for a service i am not receiving and unable to have the problem
resolved even after being assured on 2 occasions that a working sim would
be delivered. I have also been unable to use the website for assistance
because EE wants to send a code to my phone to verify me which i can not
receive as i have no working sim to use the website.
